We scour everything, clean everything, search and dig for any and all traces of the virus (trojan, malware, adware, PUPs, etc). We ensure your registry is clean, your system is updated, your antivirus program updated (or install one for you if yours has expired or you don't have one).
We do not wipe your hard drive (this should always be an absolute last resort).
We do not re-install your operating system or restore your system to a previous version. We've found that most people don't know when or where their virus came from, so how far back should one go? That's why we deal with the issue - completely remove the virus and set up your system to avoid the potential for future infections.
We do the work to save your files, system and settings all the while removing the virus.
**The Small Print**
* Pick up & Delivery within 10 miles of Greenway & Reems, 85379 is provided at no charge.
* Pick up & Delivery outside of the Greenway & Reems, 85379 10 mile radius is on a per location basis (as sometimes I may be in the area).
* Desktop units do not require any cables, cords, mice or wires.
* Laptop units must include power cord.
* Passwords for any and all computer login accounts must be provided (this does NOT include passwords for email or personal accounts - ONLY the password to log in to the computer, if applicable).
* Turn around time can range from 36-72 hours.
* We do not provide in-home "quick fix" virus removal, because you will not be satisfied with the results, the chances of the virus still being in your computer is extremely high and will not fix your computer.
* Payment is due upon system completion. For convenience, if paying by checking account or credit/debit card, you will need to pay using PayPal in advance (to ensure payment clears).
